1. To change my reactions to other people and situations that I am not in control of.
2. To realize that by being upset with someone or something else I am only hurting myself.
Question:
1. What is the point at which you should protect yourself from the people and/or situations that are causing you to react in such way?
2. And if so, how do you go about protecting yourself?
